Transformation playing cards are a type of card deck where the artist incorporates the "pips" (usually Hearts, Spades, Diamonds, and Clubs) into an artistic design or motif. Mostly the pips stay in their standard position, but some decks (deemed "semi-transformed") change the position, size, or color of the pips in the design. Some of the first transformed cards appeared in 1801 and this stunning deck shows the lasting power of this intriguing art form. The Key To The Kingdom was originally published with a contest in mind, and although the "riddle" of the deck was long ago settled and the contest ended, anyone can still give it a try and use these exceptional 52 cards for divination, meditation, and just plain fun! This deck and book set is in previously loved, but very good condition with the only wear to the exterior box. The book shows very little wear (if any) and remains in like-new condition - and the cards themselves are still factory sealed.
