Refund & Return Policy – Hester’s Occult
At Hester’s Occult, every item is selected and packaged with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:
Damaged or Incorrect Items
30 Day Returns
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging
- Email or message with your order number
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement (if available)
- Store credit
- Full Refund
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays (USPS or other shipping providers)
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
However, we will always do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hester@hestersoccult.com within 14 days of delivery. We will refund the full product price within 14 days of receiving your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
