Shipping Policy – Hester’s Occult

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

We ship via USPS with estimated delivery times of 3–7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Hester’s Occult is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.
